I swear some of the BGM ost have the power to carry an event on their own. I have been obsessed with Underneath the Spires, The Theme(Variant) and First Crevasse on the Frozen Lake for the past 2 months alone.
Yeah,you definitely need to listen to all the BGM like tracks AK has,from the main ones they use and reuse for the main story,events,and little side stories,to the stuff they use for different sections of the game,like the shop and the base,and there's even a loading track that wasn't used much since the game would load between sections quickly enough,hence they reused it for another event later. Character themes,CC lobbies,and even some boss fights,they're definitely the cream of the crop,but the vast majority of that crop are those BGMs,those are what AK players here day in and day out,and that would be a nice to show someone what it feels n' sounds like to go through the motions.
I'd really love if MSR keeps bringing on these underground(?) artists I looked into Mai before when this song came out and I got the idea that they are part of this underground community in china can't find why I thought that anymore so if anyone else knows please do tell

I know this is more out of the regulars you cover on this channel but I really recommend Monster Hunter musics. These are typically background music played while you fight giant beasts. If you're interested I suggest starting with Proof of a Hero or To One with Life, which are trailer BGMs, therefore main themes, that really convey the settings and themes of the Monster Hunter games.
I don't know much about the composer of this song, Mai, In short, Mai is one of the most famous producers of Chinese hip hop who arranges beats for Chinese rappers and stars. But it's going to be too hard to find Mai's beats.
