Thanks for flying up to the temporary batch plant. Seems like it’s been a month since anyone went that far north, and I was beginning to wonder if it had been dismantled. Glad you were able to see and avoid the drone around 1:24, Was that the Tesla drone, or Airwave Dynamics that was also flying today?
11:45. Did anyone notice that there are no remaining gravel or significant sand piles at the temporary concrete facility, or that the product feed hoppers are all empty? It looks like they're shutting it down either for maintenance or because it's no longer needed.

For those not near Austin. It rained like a cow pissing on a flat rock for a couple hours in and around Austin last night. So it looks like water management is getting better at the GF. Still not perfect, but better.

Some drones have ADS-B in which can tell them of other objects flying around. This is mainly to avoid aircraft which pretty much have to have ADS-B out these days. But since they only listen, they don’t talk to each other. The FCC has declined to mandate ADS-B out on drones since they figure they will needlessly clog up the airwaves. This may change in the future.

@@Bill_N_ATXI noticed the other drone and was thinking something like what you described would be helpful.
Can’t wait till all that dirt is covered with grass or pavement.
Yes, a lot of the groundwork need to be redone 😮💨
Should have entered the tunnel and kept going
I would have lost signal to the drone if I did.
Were you there at the same time as Joe Tegtmeyer? Another drone crosses your path at one minute and 25 seconds, by the cooling towers...
Joe doesn't fly on Tuesday.
@ cool, thanks for the heads up. Do you know who it was or was it just Tesla checking out something
