YammieKnob! Nice callout, Maestro. I don't consider that guy a motorcyclist. He's a TH-cam content creator with an INTEREST IN motorcycles. Thanks for the rip on the new GS! I had no idea how hard you were riding until the footage from the S began. Gotta love those roads in Mexico ;-)
Obrigado!! I just watched a Netflix on your national hero, Ayrton Senna. I saw him race one time at Spa in Belgium in 1992. Incredible man. Cheers and Happy New Year!!
Great vid!! Great hwy! Great mc! Great riding! Thanks!! Seems Yammie Noob has been on the judgmental grumpy side as of more recent months and vids. He's become a "you kids get off my lawn" old young guy. lol.
Nice bit of riding on the 1300 GS, but you should’ve gone for the sport display on the 1000RR. Then we’d have been able to see the brake pressure and lean angles too!
As an older biker I’d personally feel overwhelmed by the amount of tech involved with these I’m currently riding an older RT !!! Isn’t it about time manufacturers rolled it back a notch on the tech arms race.....🤔
It kinda takes away from the original intent, right? Have no idea why you would want adaptive cruise control on a motorcycle, for just one example. Lone Rider discusses how dangerous it is actually!
The 1300GS Adventure was just released so I believe there would be some overlap with the 1250 Adventure. I did not see any standard 1250's listed. Once the 1250's are gone, the 1300 will be the only option.
Funny you ask. I am planning a separate video on adventure road tires. Michelin Road 6 vs. Pirelli Angel GT vs. Metzler Torrance Next vs. Conti Road Attack, Stay tuned! But the tires fitted to this GS are the Metzler Torrance Next. TY!!
I test rode the 1300GS twice. I found it to me very uncomfortable (stiff suspension - even in Road Mode & hard, small seat) and more leaned forward than my 1250GS. Yeah, the engine is a little smoother and a little faster than my 1250GS but I hated it overall due to the uncomfortable nature of the bike in general.
Once the RR is in tow, it puts the pace in perspective. Great video, that thing is on rails.
All that speed, just to be faster at the Kaercher equipped spray cleaner shop for burning down 🤷
Amazing driving skills!
I'd love to see you review the new 2025 BMW R1300GS Adventure on this same road.
Great video I chatted with you and your two lady friends earlier this week at Newcomb‘s keep up the good work
Thanks Shelly. Great to meet you!!

Welcome!!
Great video my friend! Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge about this motorcycle! Greetings from Brazil!

@ ! Yes he was very stubborn and dedicated to motorsport. Much loved by everyone in Brazil.
Great review !
Great video. Thanks for sharing
Great video and great riding
Good honest review. I hated the quick shifter on my 2021 1250 GS. I hoped BMW would’ve improved that one weak point with the new GS
Great Video, I'd love to see Yammie trying to top that, on any bike 🤭

Great vidéo,, I had no idea an ADV bike could be ridden like that. Thank you.
That's a big part of the appeal, especially with the young guys on the supersport bikes!

Thanks. Plenty more stuff on the way! We will. be sure to include the sport display!
nice bike, nice guy, well ridden ✌
you surprise me , i agree about the upshift being notchy but i find the downshifts butter ..but then again i don’t use the upper rev range 😂
Awesome!
Any r1300 onboards from this road or others?

Smooth is fast.
I thought this was gonna replace the 1250 but they still have new models in the website. Or are they just trying to sell the remaining 1250s?

Anyone know what tires are mounted? Thanks
