AN EXCELLENT INTERVIEW!!! The questions were very good. Especially the question on goods and bads of this seat. I've seen many other interviews with Officers but none of them have asked this pertinent question.
I have a request to do a full vlog of a day with Sir Murtaza. Jis mai proper daily activities nazar ain, kaise rounds hote hain, kia responsibilities hoti hain aik PAS officer ki, kis tarha ka kaam hota hai, kia team hoti hai, what kind of complaints do people come to him with, how does he solve them, kia issues hain, aaj kal Bhera mai wo kin projects mai kaam kar rahe hain, abhi tak Bhera mai kia achievements ki hain unhon ne, etc. How did he settle into Bhera when he first got posted here? What was his first work in Bhera?
I would also like to know ke PAS mai postings kaise work karti hain? When will he get posted? Does he stay in Punjab or can he get posted to other provinces?

Bureaucrats are of no use against politicians until developed critical thinking against the system. Until independent and curroptless then we can appreciate
bureaucrats are paid so less, which is why most of them go corrupt. There's fault in the system, until it is corrected, nothing can be done. Our courts and police are the backbone, as long as they remain as they are, we can never progress the way we want. May Allah help Pakistan, Pakistan zindabad
@@mustafaaa772 Ashir Azeem a famous actor and Ex CSS Custom officer had to leave country went to Canada because of baseless cases against him and his efforts of introducing curroptles system into customs. He resigned after 10 years of suspension and fake cases against him.. He now drive Trucks in Canada.

Political system and courts are unforgettable run! By elites of whole families, Until revolution like Taliban is only solution against these generations of family power tranfers systems
