I started watching this for the second time and realized how their reaction to the memories coincide so well with how In and Korn died. Dean remembers everything with happiness and love because Korn left the world with those memories untainted. He died knowing he was loved and he would take that feeling of love and happiness with him. That is why Dean always smiles at the memories. For Pharm, they are sad memories because In had to watch Korn kill himself. All the memories that were once happy had turned sad, he know he would never experience that love with Korn again. Korn took all of In's love and happiness with him when he killed himself. That is why Pharm always cries at the memories. Ugh, this is just so well written and acted!

In the novel the memories just suddenly starts flowing in both their heads in the middle of having breakfast and the voice and eyes of their partner from past comes in their memory, and without knowing tears just starts flowing and both become teary , pharm sobbing more and unable to stop his tears 🥺💕

Always thought that the producer, director and composers are brilliant in utilizing and interjecting the right music into the scenes as it creates the perfect atmosphere for the audience to relate to the feelings of the characters and overall mood being portrayed. Agreed! I do somewhat enjoy the more upbeat title music, but the subtle instrumentals they use in the background really make the scenes so much more emotional. Just wow. I felt the same way with the TharnType series. I’ve just now began to watch these series (so far watched SOTUS, TharnType, and now this series) and while I enjoyed SOTUS, I didn’t connect with it as emotionally. Music plays a huge role in how I connect with something.

actually, a Thai idol said that since their actual full Thai names are so long the parents choose a short word to call the kids. for example bambam's brothers name is an alcohol because his dad loves alcohol. the parents choose something they like to name their kids
But i feel like sometimes asking whats wrong when someone is crying isnt always necessary, just comforting them and saying that you're there for them is sometimes better than asking what happened. It could be something that the person who's upset wants to keep to themselves, like something private. Or just waiting to ask whats wrong is fine too, just trying to calm them down is a better option instead of having them explain when they're still crying.
Taking out the aspect that they’re soulmates and the fact that they already feel like they’ve known each other forever (because of the whole ‘soulmates’ and ‘past life vs. present life’ aspect), Dean is actually a pretty good friend: Pharm keeps having panic attacks around Dean, and each time, Dean does his best to comfort and to be present for Pharm... Dean doesn’t ask “what’s wrong?” (but maybe because he also knows that Pharm also doesn’t know what’s “wrong” because Pharm told the doctor that even he, himself, doesn’t know the cause of these panic attacks, even if we as viewers know it’s because of the flashbacks of the past life), but instead, he reassures Pharm that he’s there-that he’s there FOR Pharm- and he keeps repeating to Pharm that everything is/will be okay.
