    My local butcher is incredibly helpful. And the meat is sustainably raised and humanely harvested. An invaluable resource. Grocery stores are like the puppy mills - soulless and often friendly, but lacks the knowledge and expertise to suggest and guide you. I am glad you mentioned this!

    I just made some pork ribs the other day with Lanes Spell Bound...holy pig it was awesome. Now I have to order a large bag of it.

    I’m new to smoking and I really enjoyed this video. I did have one minor problem with it. The first part is very simple and informative but then you said almost nothing about the second part where you wrapped it and then rested it. I need the smoking for dummies version. So I know how to finish the job.

    Great video, wife just brought a burrito kit. The kit says to use a beef but I will substitute it for pork cheers

    My heart broke when you tossed that fat away. I definitely break it down and slow cook it to get some pork lard

    Beside meat I like to put Sweet Heat or Spellbound on popcorn.

      Well we are gonna let it ride and then use a clean thermapen to check.

      I was just making a butt joke. Lol I’m sure you follow all the healthy practices
      I made double 10 pounders last weekend. Let em ride for about 7.5 hours, went out to throw the probe in and one was at 200° on / 201° on the other. Rested and feasted, was absolutely delicious.
