Great visual example of the Sella Ronda, Thank You. The main route clockwise stays on Red and Blue runs, (you went on a black run, which is North facing and icy most days). I hardly saw any groomed pistes, and it was the same when I was there. Its a great area, but the lift pass is relatively expensive for 6 days, (over 300 Euro's), and the piste is not well looked after.

Whenever we go there, the pistes are really good except for the times when it gets to warm in early spring and the snow starts to melt. Also, lift passes in comparable ski areas normally cost 300€-400€, no? Thats the price range I know for bigger ski areas.

@@mauroferrariPD I mean, "quote", the piste wasn't well managed, so what do you mean???

@@peterappleton9269i’ve been skiing in many places and it’s difficult to say, in my opinion, that in Sella Ronda the pistes are not well managed! They are among the best in the world as far as grooming the snow and talking about lifts there are very good lifts, don’t you think so?

@@mauroferrariPD I've been skiing in many places too, all over the world. And it isn't difficult to say that some of the piste in Sella Ronda hadn't been groomed. I was there, and on a number of runs it was obvious that no overnight grooming had been done.

Remember that last bonebreaker from Arabba to Canazei! Always in the afternoon when your legs are finished!

Excellent ! I enjoyed it. You ski very well ! The course was a little confusing and people tended to stand around it the way too much.
