1 year jumping company to company, the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence, and you suck as a dad, your son doesn't look interested in what you do all he wanted to do was ride on the truck, let him enjoy his youth!!!
Bro you genuinely look special, he didn’t say anything about moving to another company? there is always better out there even if he decided to jump ship. You don’t even know this guy so how can you make assumptions that he’s a crap dad? Looks to me like he’s teaching his son the values of hard work, yeah kids don’t want to learn or care but instilling that value on them at a young age is a good thing.
This my second company in my 5 year career. FYI my son has adhd and other stuff that I won’t mention but me and him been on this trucking journey since day 1. He loves coming on the truck and spending time with me. I’m paying him for the work and It will be on his resume for his first real job. But if teaching my son how to work is a bad father then I guess I am.
You do a very good job for them keep up the good work
