Really nice CNC router, I'm jealous. The fuzzy edges come from using an upcut spiral bit, a downcut spiral bit will give you a much cleaner edge when doing this type of shallow cuts for signs and such.

It is a nice router! I pulled that bit from the kit provided. I have other bits up in the top shop that will be relocated in the new studio.

At least 3 feet by 4 feet. Bigger would allow for the control box to be placed on the back.
