With some tuning and fixing piddly things like exhaust leaks and too loud mufflers, this will go on for decades as a good farm truck. A truck like that could be made into a neat raceway hauler. I've seen a bunch of them that came with a tall deck 427 big block.
I remember back in the early 90's this farmer from Winchester Va. would deliver crates of peaches to the local Safeway's in a cab over Chevrolet truck similar to this one but it may have been a 1967 C60? But I do remember it had a 427 in it ! & it ran so smooth .

I thought it was a worm out 292, I love those 60 to 1980 GMC / Chevrolet cab overs, they're a great looking truck.
Does anyone know if him ever produced this truck in 4wd?
I doubt factory, possibly NAPCO or Marmon-Herrington aftermarket.
