Often I find dialogue in fanvids distracting or intrusive against the canvas of the music chosen. This was almost the reverse of that, except that the minimalist music functioned more like a musical score. This was like a condensed version of the show, a dried-fruit version of itself that brought out its flavors more strongly while introducing new textures born of the transformation. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

It feels like Alana's accusing Jack for bringing her into this whole mess and Will is just waking up from his daze to hearing his name.. and your way of connecting different scenes such as with the "where else would I go?" and "Do you suggest I am more fascinated with the madness than with the man?" with Will and Hannibal coming to each other and then the "no" at the end... I'd devour your video just to feel all this beauty more fully.
I'm on a binge right now watching these videos, and I am being blown away. This was incredible. I love the editing and how the music swelled. But I'm in awe at how you've managed to show the story of Will's descent into darkness and Hannibal always right there alongside him, with everyone else on the fringes.
this is absolutely.. beyond stunning. i love the pacing of this, the way you used cross-fades and the general softness and grace of your editing; as well as the way you opened and closed this video, with the quotes and scenes you chose. i feel a bit dumb-founded commenting on this, because i don't really know how to put into words how brilliant i think this video is. there's just such a heartbreaking melancholy to it. paralleling the "stay with me" scene with the dolce reunion absolutely ended me. there are a lot of hannibal vids that miss the mark emotionally but this one hits in all the right places. overall, though, you really captured the sense of calamity between will and hannibal as well as will's own conflicted state of mind to perfection. so, thank you for this. it's such a beautiful ode to this show and makes me ache even more for its return.
