*Recipe:*
**Ingredients**
Oil 4tbsp
Potato 500g
4 tomatoes
4 green chilies
1tsp zeera
1tsp zeera powder
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp red chili flakes
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp turmeric/haldi
100g yogurt
4 green chilies
1 tsp garam masala
0.5 gaddi dhaniya
**Making**
- Add 4 tbsp oil in pan. Heat it and then add potatoes.
- Let it simmer for 3-4 mins
- Add 1tsp zeera and let it simmer for another 3-4mins.
- Make Paste of Tomatoes and green chillies.
- Add 1tsp red chilli
- Add 1tsp zeera powder
- Add 1tsp chili flakes
- Add 0.5 tsp turmeric
- Add 1.5 tsp salt
- Now add the tomatoes and green chilies paste.
- Now let it simmer on low heat.
- Add 100g yogurt
- Add 3-4 green chillies
- Add 1tsp garam masala
- Now check if the potatoes are tender.
- Add half gaddi dhaniya.
