Mam, i gave an interview in ey gds and i contacted HR after one week and she told me that there is positive response for my interview but some internal approvals are required. And If all goes well then my joining will be on19th feb. Pls tell what are internal approvals and will there be any difficulty in getting them? Should I wait or not??
Hey, you should definitely wait. There is an internal hiring process in every company which takes place. It is a part of the process in every company.
