In my childhood, when potatoes were ready to harvest, grandma and mom always made various dishes from potatoes for me, from stir-fried potatoes to potato salad and mashed potatoes… They were all delicacies in my memories. Now it’s time for potatoes to ripen again. I’ll prepare a feast of potatoes that reminds me of my grandma’s and mom’s cooking!

Bec in the City we work hard for the Money and then spend it on noisy entertainment or meaningless travels; then later in life on medicine and hospitalization bec of the accumulation of city toxins (which includes food) on the body and stressful life.
