I have struggled with oily skin and acne for as long as i can remember. I have tried every product out there to cover it up and just caked it on my face. However now that im older and my acne has gone down quite a bit i still deal with oily skin. Ive tried every makeup combination out there and it just did not help! That is until i found your videos!! Nikkia - the Rimmel Stay Matte Primer has changed my life!! I'm not super oily, but my beloved IT Cosmetics CC cream is not at all matte, but I love it. I wear glasses, so within hours I found myself having to blot. I tried the Rimmell Primer on your recommendation and it was a game changer! I have gone whole days without blotting! Thank you!! xo

There's also Nude by Nature. Not sure what else is sold in Australia, but she reviews tons of products you can't buy there. Other brands could include Wet n Wild, Milani, Physicians Formula, Pixi. There's more drugstore cruelty free brands than you'd think.
I don't live in the States, fyi, I live in Canada, and we have a limited range of things as well. I can't buy Catrice and other American brands. I don't have an Ulta or Walgreens to shop at. Only within this last year do we even have a small selection of Wet n Wild, Milani, ELF. I mainly use Essence bc I too am on a budget, I only have a minimal part time job. I don't shop at Sephora, I've been in their stores maybe a handful of times and don't buy anything bc I can't afford a $40 highlighter. Also being on a budget means shopping when there are sales. Yes physicians formula can be pricier, but if you get it at like a 30+ percent discount it's manageable. At any rate, if you can't afford to shop CF and prefer the videos that show L'Oreal, and Rimmel, and Revlon, that's fine. But for someone else like me that only buys CF products, I need recommendations as well bc I can't afford to try everything and need to know what is good and what is not. I have no idea why you are against a CF drugstore product video, as there are tons of non CF drugstore videos and product reviews that exist that offer affordable options for you.

Yes give us the categories! How about a drugstore foundation for normal/dry skin? So much of this stuff just depends on your individual preferences though. I have used the L'ore'al Matte Infallible foundation and enjoyed it then discovered the L'ore'al Infallible pro-glow. Great video, and a really helpful series to do - thanks doll! I have most of these products but haven't checked out the Rimmel lipsticks or liners - off to Ulta I go! LOL! And here in the U.S. most drugstores carry the Rimmel primer, but it does look like Ulta is discontinuing their brand; all of their products have been clearanced.

Great video Nikkia! I use many of the products you mentioned. About the Rimmel primer, its not being discontinued as far as I know, I think Ulta is just not going to sell any Rimmel products anymore. They have the entire line of Rimmel products on clearance in the store and I think everything already sold out online. Its been like that for the past couple weeks. You can still find it at Walmart or Target out here in the U.S.

Hi! I stalk your videos but don’t post. I feel so strongly about the products you recommended that I bought and tried since watching this! I got the colorstay foundation, rimmel lipstick, fit me powder, and the rimmel primer (had no trouble finding at Walmart). I have very oily skin and thought that high end make up was the way to go and having been trialing and failing more than loving anything I’ve spent a lot of money on. This video was great, please do more drug store must haves! I don’t know if it’s the primer or foundation or the combination of them with the powder but I don’t have to touch up anything and you would never know my skin is oily! Thank you for this one! These are must haves for me too!! Also, I love your rose setting spray! Also a must have!!!

Rimmel lipsticks are the BEST and literally the only ones that don’t give me an allergic reaction! Also, the Maybelline concealer is AMAZING.
