Just watched your podcast from Tampa RV show. As far as stopping near trucks, we find if we park toward the back, and where they come in off the road, stay as far to the right as you can. When the trucks come in, they are quieter as they park. When they leave, they are noisier as they get ready to leave. And mostly winds took care of the smell. Just our experience.
Nice podcast - love the opinions of the shoppers and agree with many. RV manufacturers should let these four season RVs be customized. Stop making every single one the same - with only a choice of one neutral or another (grey or grey?) - how about the blues or greens or even creams / beige again bug with color accents? The fake wood that all the midrange and even higher end units are being built with us horrendous!! Back in 2012, we bought a nice bunkhouse that had nabe brand Corian counters and solid real hickory wood cabinets and woodwork. Even the pocket doors were wood, not composite or pressed board. I also think so etimes there is too much focus on bigger is better but improving the midsized rigs has been lost. Focusing on optional furnishings and more versatile interiors would be great!!
One "issue" with side patios is when they are closed, it is VERY dark inside the RV. We have a rear patio and we love it.
Jennifer was right again! Another story time! Since your recording, it snowed in FL.
Great podcast.

Was that a clip of the Grand Haven State Park Campground you put in when discussing the California issues? I recognize it! It sure looks like it. 😉
Great broadcast; felt like I got to go to the show with you. Jana, TX

Cleats are called Yaks. 😉
Can you comment on a bill being introduced in congress to require OEMs to provide driver training for these large greyhound size motor
Homes?
