Rumor/leak listing has Night Viper as one of the next ones to come out in the main line personally, he’s top-tier want for me. But I have to agree Data Viper is an excellent choice.
As far as the ARAH line,you’re right,Destro is my spirit animal is right and also,their target audience got older and probably just moved on,those elements and perhaps another key issue that we’ve overlooked played a part…
Love this list. I would add Cobra C.l.a.w.s (v6) look them up! Brutal!~ Also, Shock Troopers from the Cobra pursuit of cobra 3.75in line. Just make them 6in scale~! Motor Vipers! Lampreys! Lava Vipers!
My favourite is the Jungle Viper from Pursuit of Cobra line. I wish Hasbro could introduce a new Viper in the Classified line. Maybe an Urban Viper, master of Urban Warfare.

Night Viper is my favourite Cobra. I've been patiently waiting for him for four years! Rock Viper is a very cool figure too. One of the best of the '90s. I don't care about any characters that weren't in the original ARAH lineup. But if they do make them in Classified, and they look good, I might pick them up. I want Undertow, ToxoViper, Annihilator and Incinerator. And H.E.A.T Viper! I was a bit obsessed with him as a kid. A bit of an oddball with his asymmetrical helmet and crazy colours, but I loved him and his humongous bazooka. As far as drivers, I badly want Strato Viper and W.O.R.M.S. Hopefully the Maggot gets a Haslab.
@ especially kitting them the way they did the 60th Halo Jumper….I agree with you, there should be a way to open the chute up fully but I have an idea that should work
any viper and any cobra action figure will be cool to be released as a classified series,...and i am dressed as an cross between a punk rocker and a living dreadnok,,.........people have to see me to believe themselves,......i took a little from all the dreadnoks, minus zartan, i don't change skin in the sunlight,.....marius(punk rules).
Well those are Vipers certainly, but I'm not sure any of them deserves a Classified figure other than the Night and Hydro. The others look so awful and their specialties are so questionable.
Aparently the rumors are confirmed that Night Viper will be in the wave with Snake Eyes V4 (also including sci fi and monkeywrench).

@jonnyt16 I gotta do one for vehicle drivers cause I loved the Motorviper and had the Stun too. Harder to troop build those though
I picked up a few vintage MotoVipers to drive some of my unmanned vehicles. They're a perfect -troop- driver builder, and are inexpensive.

Alley Viper came out in '89, but was still on shelves in 1990 when the other three were released.

Do the Joes have specialized grunts the way Cobra does? I mean damn, it’s a wonder how they ever win with all this stacked against them?
@jrob4795 they have "green shirts" which are generic grunts, and Steel Corps but they still pale in comparison to the variety of Cobra troops
The para viper is a must ,they have the buck already and most of everything else to make it,and the night viper is another must make

As far as Cobra desert troops are concerned, I liked the Desert Scorpions better than the Sand Vipers.
I been asking for Night Vipers since day one.
I'm glad they took their time with him so he's as good as he can be. Some earlier releases were disappointing. I need NV to be perfect.
