    Fantastic!! I desire to do the same with perennial herbs and vegetables.
    By the way What grow zone are you in?
    And I have a 6' Moringa tree in a 2.5' pot. I want to harvest the greens and cut the trunk into 3rds, is now a good time? My temps range from 70-92⁰ daily in zone 6b Midwest. Thanks so much!!

    It looks like your rows are oriented E-W. Is that intentional or just a product of the lay of the land?
