looks like a lazy sample, but the magic comes in the mastering and adding all those 'small' effects and extra synths. this tracks POPS when listening to it on headphones. the original didn't have any of that width or sparkle.

also it sounds like it was made in an SP-1200 which adds that bitcrusher effect and kind of sounds like a filter envelope or a phaser

Also, account for the alteration of the final note in the loop; the last “duh”. It makes the sample feel less jolty and looped. T-Bang found some real beauty in Chakha Khan’s music.
