i did all this, im not seeing how this is helping. only my phone that i used to set it up with using the app - is recognizing the extender as an option to connect to and no the other devices are not too far away etc....
Piece of junk. It will not allow me to create a password to create the account. I’ve tried several combinations followed the directions using letters digits and underscore and nada. Can’t get past the screen. Can’t select done. It does not recognize anything I input. So much for the latest version of the app. Maybe they stopped doing upgrades on their end. This thing is useless and going back. Thanks for wasting my time.

2024 update: if the device cannot pick up the wifi name and password from my device and do all of it automatically, it belongs in the trash.

The phone dosent connect to the range extenders network because yall changed the app. Horrible fucking service.
