i think the whiteboard is the reason you are having tracking issues, because it's slightly reflective. whenever you turn around and face the whiteboard, your vision goes all over the place. it's probably because the sensors see both your headset and the reflection of the headset, whitch confuses the program, and you start flying back and fourth. try covering the whiteboard with a blanket or something and see if that works
