I think Plankton is brilliant in some of his plans but he's keep planning to steal the formula. I don't think it's smart to plan the same scheme every time but he does make clever robots and he can be clever when he had a 23 hour time for the chum bucket and clever when he framed Mr Krabs for trying hurt him with the wet floor and other plans too. In some conditions Plankton may be smarter than Mr Krabs. Also Phineas and Ferb characters good to evil. And I love Doodlebob he's funny.

Glad to see the Spongebob franchise getting the dumb to brilliant treatment! Surprised to Patrick on the list, but I understand from the few times he abused the citizens of bikini bottoms and caused chaos throughout the town because he didn't know any better when he thought he gained some sort of superiority. He is probably only here just to reiterate in how dumb he is compared to others and how he is usually reliant on luck handing him what he wants and is usually just motivated by his insatiable appetite. I would place Plankton lower considering while he has the evil intelligence to create many inventions and scheme up complex, manipulative plans to get the krabby patty secret formula, he always fails often due to being cocky and wasting time to gloat to Mr Krabs rather than guaranteeing success by following through and because he doesn't have sense in going down the same dirt path that leads him nowhere rather than trying something different which would make the Chum Bucket successful. Mr Krabs deserves his spot not only because he always succeeds in his schemes and restaurant, but also because the incentive of money is already manipulative enough in fuelling his capitalistic greed and already being wealthy and successful only extends his mastery of making and stealing quick bucks in the most unsuspecting and efficient ways possible. DoodleBob could honestly be higher considering he was able to use the magic pencil to his advantage in re-drawing his body as well as erasing parts of spongebob, but he was still clueless about who he was and appeared dimwitted at least.
