    Having watched this a couple times, it's great to see that his arm is not blowing past the plane of his body and his trunk remains stable...pure scapula on thorax movement. #subtleties.

    So for general conditioning and lat development would it then be correct form to pack the shoulder?
    Is this advice for everyone or best for throwing and other athletes?

    Thank you for the videos. They have been very helpful. I just have one comment: After showing the incorrect form and at the end of the video could you please do another 2 or 3 reps correctly so I can just visualize it again not having to find it in the earlier part of the video.
    This is not out of laziness I'm just a really visual learner and showing the correct form at the start and finish helps me to drive it home.

    Would you cue all clients like this or only your throwing population?
    How about people who are in scapular elevation?
