- hey guys, :) I absolutely love watching what people eat and getting ideas so I hope you learned something new and feel inspired to try out a new recipe! I obviously don’t eat the same thing every week, this is just what I had this week. all the recipes are linked below. WE LOVE Y’ALL!
My Husband Attempts To Eat My Diet For A WEEK...
Monday -
Breakfast: egg sandwich! any type of bread you like, turkey bacon (I used the peppered turkey bacon from Whole Foods), “Violife” smoked provolone vegan cheese, avocado & egg. (It’s also tasty with a fried egg)
Dinner: rachaelsgoodea... I cook a ton of her recipes, they’re all great!
Tuesday -
Lunch: Chick-Fil-A! Josh & I both get the classic sandwich with fries. It’s rare that I choose a “healthy” option at Chick-Fil-A because I just love it so much. and I never want to restrict myself to the foods I love!!
Dinner: taco Tuesday! “Siete Foods” is one of my favorite brands for taco seasoning, taco shells, etc.
Wednesday -
Breakfast: veggie Omelette, vegan cheese + salsa + avocado :)
Dessert: “Simple Mills” vegan snickerdoodle cookies + oat milk ice cream
Thursday-
Breakfast: avo toast + peanut butter banana toast - this is a GO TO for me. I love toast and it’s so quick & easy!!
Dinner: chipotle! we have this at least once a week lol you guys already know.
Friday-
Lunch: rice, chicken sausage & veggie bowl w/ coconut aminos (I get this a Trader Joe’s!)
Dinner: for my frozen yogurt I got pineapple sorbet with mochi, kiwi & strawberries :)
Saturday -
Breakfast: pancake recipe- onmykidsplate....
dairy-free cinnamon butter- www.instagram....
regular cinnamon/honey butter- whisk together butter, a drizzle of honey & cinnamon to taste :)
Dinner: italian sausage & noodle soup (I adjusted a little to make the recipe dairy-free) www.hellofresh...

I mostly eat plant based but I’m sorry Sav I have to agree with Josh 😭🌱 I can’t with vegan cheese 🧀🥴 I’ve tried so many kinds too but it tastes so bad and the texture is like play doh! 🤣💀
I eat vegan cheese, but that’s because I’m lactose intolerant, I don’t mind for the most part, however I will say it definitely doesn’t have the authentic taste and texture that normal cheese has.
