The Hermits have always been a fluid group in a way. Far as I'm concerned though, getting a mid season introduction to new official hermits should he on the table again.

god i LOVED seeing pearls pov of the round with gem. she trusts her SO much!!! it was so cruel of gem to play her like that, but it was also adorable that pearl trusts gem so wholeheartedly and so readily. i love seeing the two of them interact like that, even if pearl does get "played like a fiddle all the time"

Jimmy's been an honorary member since season 9 from the empires crossover If he was being seriously considered he would have been in season 10 when Joel and Skizz joined I've heard that 100% of current Hermits need to say yes for a new member to join so maybe one or two people are blocking Jimmy's acceptance
@@Smilednathan Well has Jimmy himself ever said if he would want to join Hermitcraft? I know that sounds weird, but becoming a hermit from a creator perspective seems like a bit of a commitment. Like Joel put it best where he talked about how compared to past series he's done Hermitcraft seasons run for way longer than most things on TH-cam... He might have other things going on in his life that he might be prioritizing But those are just my thoughts we obviously won't know until we know lol
Who's saying they're controlling? The life series is them essentially doing improv, no drama there is gonna impact their irl relationship (except to bring them closer especially if they don't usually play together much)
