Hello :) Should I remove a construct with bad reliability but good validity from my research model?

cronbachs alpha is bad for the construct (0,570) but composite reliability is okay (0,708 and 0,740).. I'm confused what to do..

No need to remove items or construct based on alpha only. If CR is good, go ahead with further analysis.
