Spices for chana masala
1 spoon cumin seeds
2 spoons coriander seeds
1 spoon black pepper
1/4 spoon methi dane
3 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
4 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 inch cinnamon
1 spoon kasuri methi
1 spoon degi mirch powder
1 spoon dried mango powder
