Agar aap kisi 3-phase motor ko bina control panel ke directly 3-phase power supply se connect karte hain, toh motor chal sakti hai. Lekin, iske kuch nuksan bhi ho sakte hain aur kuch cheezen ka dhyan rakhna zaroori hai: Overload Protection: Control panel mein overload relay hoti hai jo motor ko zyada current ke khatre se bachati hai. Agar motor ko bina control panel ke directly 3-phase supply se connect karenge, toh motor ko overload protection nahi milega, aur zyada load aane par motor kharab ho sakti hai. Starting Current: Control panel mein soft starter ya star-delta starter hote hain jo motor ka starting current control karte hain. Bina panel ke motor direct 3-phase se start hogi, toh starting mein bahut zyada current le sakti hai, jo motor aur wiring ke liye harmful ho sakta hai. Safety: Control panel safety features provide karta hai jaise ki short-circuit protection aur phase failure protection. Direct connection mein ye protections nahi milenge jo motor ke liye risk ho sakta hai. Control: Agar aapko motor ko kisi sequence ya timing ke saath control karna hai toh control panel ki zaroorat hogi. Direct connection ke saath motor sirf on/off hogi. Isliye, agar aap motor ko safe aur efficient tareeke se operate karna chahte hain, toh control panel ka istemal karna behtar rahega.

Capacitor Value (MFD Rating) Generally, starting capacitor ka MFD (Microfarad) rating high hota hai, typically 100-300 MFD tak, kyunki ye motor ko start karne ke liye zyada torque provide karta hai. Running capacitor ka MFD rating comparatively low hota hai, usually 10-60 MFD ke beech mein hota hai, kyunki ye motor ko smooth running provide karta hai. 2. Size aur Shape Starting capacitor usually physically bada hota hai aur black ya dark color ke case mein aata hai. Ye electrolytic type hota hai. Running capacitor thoda chhota hota hai aur white ya silver metal case mein aata hai. Ye oil-filled ya metalized polyester film capacitor ho sakta hai. 3. Wiring Connection Panel mein starting capacitor ko start relay ya centrifugal switch ke sath series mein lagaya jata hai, taaki ye motor start hone ke kuch hi seconds ke baad circuit se disconnect ho jaye. Running capacitor ko motor ke start aur run winding ke beech permanently connect kiya jata hai, taaki ye motor ke operation ke dauran continuously kaam kare. 4. Panel Labeling Kai baar control panel ke andar capacitors ke upar labeling hoti hai jisme S ya Start likha hota hai starting capacitor ke liye aur R ya Run likha hota hai running capacitor ke liye. Isse bhi identify kiya ja sakta hai.
Sir dyan se dekhiye ek bar holding ko apn no puch botton se command di phase supply coil p gyi h or contracter ke output p gyi h, holding k liye A1 se contactor k output tak wire ka lop dalega
@@RAJESHSAINI-ue3uv Aapne kaha ki "holding" ko "apn no puch button" se command di gayi thi aur phase supply coil pe chali gayi hai, jo ki contactor ke output tak gayi hai. Agar aap holding circuit ko sahi se kaam karwana chahte hain, to yeh zaroori hai ki A1 terminal (jo contactor coil ke liye hota hai) se wire contactor ke output tak jaye, jise load ya device ko operate karna hota hai. Agar A1 se wire ka loop contactor ke output tak nahi gaya, to contactor activate nahi hoga aur load ka power supply bhi nahi milega. Aapko A1 se wire ko contactor ke output ke sath properly connect karna hoga, taki jab aap "puch button" press karein, to current contactor ko energize kar sake aur load ko supply mil sake. Agar kisi aur specific part mein confusion ho, to aap detail de sakte hain, taki main aur behtar help kar saku.
