Toms River, New Jersey | 4k Driving Tour

Just driving around Tom's River in 4k. I was mainly focused on going to Seaside Heights. So probably missed some interesting stuff here. But here's 23min of Tom's River if there is no other driving footage of it.

I've lived in over a dozen places in 3 different states in my 42 years on this planet. Tom's River is hands down the best place I ever lived. I miss it. Awesome place to grow up and live in. The beach. The boardwalk. What's not to like?

You passed The Amityville Horror house at around 2:02. It's still there, but moved over and turned to face the other street. Scenes also filmed at around 2:50 near country club and at the Thomas Mathis bridge.

My grandmother used to have a 3 bedroom ranch on Dover Road. I miss it so much. I want to buy a house there but things have changed. Where is the best part of TR where you can buy a ranch? I only want it for 6 months a year so I don't want anything expensive.

I’m from TR I live right by the bridge on 37 going into seaside …it’s hard to buy a ranch in any part of NJ unless u can really afford it the property taxes are the highest in the nation it all depends on how you look at things

@@Lennylo238 Well, I pay 16k for the house I'm living in now. It can't be worse lol. Also, what's it like as far as flooding? Maybe the only answer for me is a rental but I'm thinking it's not easy to find one.
