I really like your painting style. I have subscribed to your channel and follow along your videos to practice my novice abilities. Thank you so much for sharing your talents. Very inspiring to get my paints out of the closet.
This piece is so cute!! I've been meaning to get one of these masking fluid pens! They look fun ^__^ Thanks for the tips about testing them on my paper first too, you've probably saved me tearing an illustration I like haha XD BTW! The watercolour picture we got from you has safely arrived and we love it!! We're so happy to have an Ira original :D - Steph
Your illustration and painting are really good. The cutest thing about this video is your commentary. You said bye and what a sudden you said you forgot to mention about something. So cute!
Great video! The piece is great too! I had a ton of trouble with masking fluid in the past and thought it wasn't for me after a while. It turns out masking fluid has a pretty short shelf life and won't work if it sits for a long time. I use Lukas with a brush and I wish I'd found it a long time ago!
Aw yay, I saw this one on your insta and really loved it! I think how you used the masking fluid is really cool! Also the little bunny is a great little detail ! ^_^
I really like how your watercolor just "fills up space", I wonder if its because of the paper, I can see that your washers are very watery, perhaps that's because of the paint quality or both.
Ahhh your art is so clean and beautiful ; v;! You are one of my sources of inspiration for my watercolor paintings! I've been wondering how long have you been using watercolors? ;7; I just recently started and I am not verh good at it orz
+Astropug Art i started slowly about 3 years ago but only from time to time because i also painted digital and also used other techniques. be Patient. using watercolor needs a bit experience. so practice and experimenting is the best way to get better :)
Hi Irà, i following you now since a bit and I love your work and style… I was wondering if you could give me (us) an average ratio between liquid frisket and water which can suite in a Molotow pen… I don’t know if I’m using the wrong paper (variety of hot press medium surface 300gsm) or wrong ratio but I’m getting mad! Keep going like you do ❤❤❤ Just checked… your Etsy Shop is closed: are you going to open it again any soon?
+Neflite Flammensturm not always only if the layer of Color not too pigmented and deep in the paper. if the pigments lay on the paper it could bee that you rub also Color away. you should test it before you use it. :)
+Anna Lubinski i only can say the original recording time, it was 1h and 14 min but i did breaks inbetween because i always work on something diffrent while the painting is drying. i also often paint 2 or more sketches/illustrations at the same time
+Sue Ch i bought it in an art supplies store here in Munich, i dont think it will help you, but you can also buy it at dickblick www.dickblick.com/products/molotow-grafx-art-masking-liquid-pump-markers/ or Amazon www.amazon.com/MOLOTOW-Grafx-Masking-Fluid-728-001BC/dp/B00U6KP2KC/ref=pd_sim_229_1?ie=UTF8&dpID=3116zuoizOL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=1WKFVVTF59RVNM4W822B
+Zoe Schwab yes!!! i will do it as a print but first i paint a 3rd one with some deer (the first one was the one with the tiny owl you can also see it on my instagram)

Hi, Iraville! I was just wondering... how do you wipe out the masking fluid? Thank you! And keep up this great job! It's amazing!
+Isabel Álvarez M you rub it off with your finger or peel it off the paper (SO SATISFYING). Also, wait until the paint is DRY; THEN peel it off.
Adore your work!
Your illustration and painting are really good. The cutest thing about this video is your commentary. You said bye and what a sudden you said you forgot to mention about something. So cute!

amazing. u r my watercolor hero..
It's so beautiful!!
I've recently purchased the molotov masking fluid pen and I'm dying now to try the tree technique! It looks much easier than painting all the lines xD
Gorgeous xx

I loooooooove your illustrations. You are my new biggest inspiration 😮😱 What size brush do you use when outlining your illustrations?
Love it and thank you for all the new inspirations and ideas :3
Maravilloso!
Hey iraville where did you learn to draw because your drawings are so amazing?😊
Gorgeous as usual
Is it okay to ask what colors you were using? They're very pretty 😊
Your art is awesome! Quick question, so, you fill that molotow marker with mask fluid? Is that how it works?
you colored the tree more then one layer, why you dont chose from the beginning the dark color and colored it only one layer?
lovely illustration.. may i know how to mix those color?
Ahhh your art is so clean and beautiful ; v;! You are one of my sources of inspiration for my watercolor paintings! I've been wondering how long have you been using watercolors? ;7; I just recently started and I am not verh good at it orz

+iraville Thank you so much! I will not lose hope (ง •̀v•́)ง
lovely as always! Would you ever try out painting using gouache?
+Janette Lopez i already did about 2 years ago but i have to say that i like watercolor better. i use Gouache sometimes for Details :)
Thank you for a nice picture

i love your accent!! its so cute
oh wow i didn't know i can use masking fluid on colored areas :)
+Neflite Flammensturm not always only if the layer of Color not too pigmented and deep in the paper. if the pigments lay on the paper it could bee that you rub also Color away. you should test it before you use it. :)
Just curious about how you plan and outline your drawing. ^^
Very Good
Nice.
lovely :)
a simple question what paper are you using and is this the one you always use
I follow you on instagram and I found out your channel just now hahah
do you find the pen lifts paint up when you remove the maksing fluid?
Are crayola water colors good enough to learn water color painting?
Gibst du auch Zeichenunterricht in München?
that blue pen that you used what do you call it?
What kind of pens do you outline with ?
How much time do you spend on this kind of watercolor? Just wondering if I'm Slow :D
+Anna Lubinski i only can say the original recording time, it was 1h and 14 min but i did breaks inbetween because i always work on something diffrent while the painting is drying. i also often paint 2 or more sketches/illustrations at the same time
+iraville Ok, thank you! I feel a little bit slow compare to you! Btw you make me want masking fluid so badly! :D
+Anna Lubinski sometimes i also be slow sometimes very quick...well i dont care too much about how long it takes i only enjoy the process :)
Hi!!
Can you tell me where do you buy these pen masking fluid, please?
Thanks!!
I love your nature illustrations! Do you think it would be possible to sell this piece as a print in the future?
+Zoe Schwab yes!!! i will do it as a print but first i paint a 3rd one with some deer (the first one was the one with the tiny owl you can also see it on my instagram)
Why use blue masking fluid instead of white? Is there an advantage?
nope, is like pink eraser vs blue eraser
+Foxtective I use a tinted masking fluid so I can see where I have put it.
the barrel on the molotow pen says 2mm but the point looks like a 1.5mm pointed one, or am i wrong?
+Crazy Mai yes, i changed the tip because These felt tips are very scratchy on watercolor paper :)
iraville oh great, thanks for the answer! i was thinking about buying the maskin pen and do exactly that, change the tip for a 1.5 mm one
What is that blue pen name??
do you use cold or hot pressed paper ?
most of the time she uses hot press. But in like 3 videos she uses cold press (check the descriptions)
oh ok thank you i don't really like to read descriptins :3
I officially can't watch you, or I'll want to copy.
