I wish I had known half of what she did when my husband died.. I had a lot of life insurance and it was overwhelming to know what to do.. 28 is very young to lose a parent and she really took a good path for her life!
I swear I watch every time she is interviewed , like I don't know her story. She has a way about her where she doesn't come off as bragging. I love hearing her story.

EVERYBODY has a cheat code....the fact I was born in America in a two parent stable house hold...is mine and ive being able to leverage that to the max....
As far as I know, one has to own the apartment or a house. Renters are not allowed to sub rent on AIRBNB - unless they have a contract with the owner. Maybe the rules changed now .? ... or they lie on the application.

What does the contract look like with addendums for the arbitrage?
I did arbitrage before they had official contracts. I would just search on google.
