I’m a retired Chef of 28+ years and in my earlier years in the food industry I was working for a 5 star restaurant and the Executive Chef told us how we should never buy or use margarine because it’s only one molecule away from being plastic. The restaurant only cooked with animal lard. The only time we had liquid oil in the kitchen was when we used olive oils to make the house vinaigrettes or hollandaise sauce. I also learned about the secrets of Monsanto while working there….. I keep duck fat and beef tallow in my deep freezer for cooking, but even that’s starting to become questionable due to the “things” their injecting animals with nowadays. 😳

Some people have different genetic makeups that can handle lard in the diet. So never rely on anecdotal stories. I'm gonna remind you guys of something critical to the healthy continuation of polite society:
Those who knowingly violate the trust of a High-Trust / Trust-Normative Society deserve immediate, absolute, and extreme punishment.
Think on that... and now think of who are the people who routinely betraying our 'trust'.
Then I'll leave it up to you to ponder what needs to be done to them.

The more one learns of the post 20th century world, the more one grows to hate it. The more one learns of the pre 20th century world, the more one grows to yearn for it. Western civilization has been robbed of it's legacy, it's children fattened, brainwashed and bled dry. And with all this in mind, understand that the breaking point is near, and those responsible are trying to quicken us to our slaughter out of fear we awaken as a people to these simple truths. That society wide grievances have been inflicted upon us, and the reaction of those responsible has always been to blame us in turn and seek to destroy us before we might end up destroying them.
