ONE MORE Flea Market Set Up - One We Have Never Tried Before! This Venue is a 1 Day Flea Market

- After those last 3 days setting up at the "usual" flea market, we tried a 1-day venue for something different. A lot of people sing the praises of this one; however, our experience was a bit disappointing. NOTE at timestamp 9:03 : Kath (who edits/produced the video) thought I sold the sockets for $200, but the guy decided against them. The good news is I sold them for $200 on Craigslist right way afterwards! :)
But, you will see how we set up our space, which is very different because there are no tables or shelter. We had to be creative. This place only cost us $20 for the day. We had to leave very early since it's a little further away from where we live than the usual Port Orange, FL Flea Market.

Hi! I just want to make a couple of clarifications on the video in case you see an error in my counting out the day's take. At timestamp 9:03 I'm talking with a guy who just bought a bunch of tools from us for $150. He then took a look at some sockets, and I was going to sell them to him for $200. He decided against that purchase, but Kath didn't realize it when she was editing/producing. So, the GOOD news is that I actually did sell them once we got home. I put them on Craigslist and someone bought them for $200. So it's all good! Sorry about the oversight! In addition, we sold a few more things on Craigslist after this event, and we'll report on those soon!
I was wondering about your calculations!! LOL Glad you still made the $200 sale later. And Kath - you are a kind soul hunting down the lady who left her purse. I know how big that place is 🙄

Hi Kari! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! So, we did sell a couple of things AFTER this particular market - I think we'll do a short video on that. But, we've been selling on eBay since January 1999 (I know, dating ourselves haha), so some things we can lot up and sell that way. And with the flea markets, you just never know. We appreciate you!
People don't have the money to spend like they use to. Food, gas and insurance bills drain you dry.
True enough! Kath and I were talking about the best weekend we ever had, and looking back it was when a number of restrictions were lifted after the worst of the pandemic. People were hungry to get out and buy! Thanks so much for watching, and for your comment! We appreciate you!
