That is crazy about the laws for bb guns. In Tennessee, you can buy a bb or pellet gun no problem. Rifles and pistols have to have a background check. Don't need a permit for a pistol in your car here. Still have to be careful where you carry it like public parks, buildings ect. That is still illegal but alot more freedom here.

The definition of a “firearm” is a combustible pin firing bullet from an object. A .20 6mm plastic or a .30 metal/copper BB in no way shape or form is from a combustible object. The illegal part is only if you use a bb gun in a crime as a way to portray it as a real firearm in a crime,a robbery etc… Plinking is not a crime in 46 states in the US and around the world. These air arms cannot be converted into a firearm under any circumstances thus making it a non lethal toy.

When a bike has been layed down or and needs work done to it its not worth a grand I would think 800 would have been a fair price even 900 but not a grand

When did NJ change the rules on BB guns? We all had them growing up there. I’ve been in PA the last 25 years. We even had an air pistol.
It's been that way for a long time as far as I know when I was a kid my grandfather had to buy our bb guns and put them in his name.
