    Recipe Ingredient List:
    1) Masala Mogo chips ingredients :
    Cassava / mogo - 1 medium size
    Water - 4 cups
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Oil - for deep frying
    Oil - 2 tbsp
    Grated Ginger - 1 Inch
    Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Amchur / Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Fried Mogo chips
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
    Lime juice - few drops
    2) Mint Dip Ingredients :
    Curd - 1 cup
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Fresh Mint / Mint powder - 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
    Sugar - 2 tsp
    Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
    Oregano - 1 tsp

    I tried this today thank you for this beautiful recipe. My husband bought this from store not knowing what it is and I didnt understand what to do and I did this today and we enjoyed it on ekadashi

    It has to be presoaked overnight fir minimum 12 hrs. Then only you can peel off and cut through easily. Most important tip.

      Yes, Oregano is single herb just like basil and can be eaten in fasting.
      However, You may check ingredients list before buying it as many companies add garlic salt in it for flavourings.

      Jay Swaminarayan 🙏🏻😊 Mogo also know as Cassava or Yuca. Mogo is a nutritious root which grows underground and has higher protein than white potatoes. It's light in flavor with a chewier texture.

      Hi, Aa Mogo / Cassava / Yuca name thi odhkhay che. Bija south Indian names Kuchi Kizhangu or Maravallli Kizhangu in Tamil, Kappa in Malayalam, Kavva pendalam in Telugu, Mara Genasu in Kannada and Simla Alu in Hindi name thi odhkhay che. India ma Frozen cut chips ma pan male che.
