The toilet paper sits there while you and other people poop. Then you wipe your bits with the toilet paper that absorbed that. It makes sense. I switched to a peri bottle with warm water and liquid castile soap or even feminine wash. GAME CHANGER!!!!
I was a cna and they told us the reason to wash bottom bits last was bc that’s where bacteria thrived the most, so it better to wash arms, chest, legs, back and then private areas ☺️ air drying is really nice also! Let ur body breathe.

My narcissistic mother told me as a little girl “if you pee at school bathrooms, you don’t need to wipe” I hate her so bad I went all through elementary school not knowing how to be a clean girl. I now teach my daughter to collect and cherish feminine hygiene products. Shes 4! 😂 but she has a little caboodle caddy and she loves shopping for her things. I use a peri bottle, and Castile liquid soap for her in between shower washes, wipes are gross. And by in between shower I mean between bathroom trips. She bathes every night. I am lucky I was blessed with a baby girl to heal my childhood.
As a registered nurse I must step in here with my opinion. Yes, boric acid is a wonderful product. However, BV or bacterial vaginitis is a bacterial infection and needs to be treated with antibiotics. You should also use the boric acid with the antibiotic to prevent yeast infection but by itself, boric acid will not cure BV. If you have any foul discharge that smells bad or looks different from your usual fluids, PLEASE contact your doctor or gynecologist. If you have never experienced any problems before and think you might have one you must be seen by a qualified physician to identify your problem. Some infections will require that your sexual partner be treated as well. Best wishes to all of you! 💕
For the people who live in places like me that brands like Dove and CeraVe are super expensive, you can use simple soap or mild baby soap to wash with. They don't irritate you or anything. Also, probiotics are the best . I can't begin to describe how amazing they are.

As a teenager it is really hard to get really good hygiene. I’ve def bought many of her recommended products & am ALL for boric suppositories as well as natural organic products but as a 25 year old woman who has had all kinds of issues down there for years now- when I say PLEASE see a gynecologist if you are able to or at least medical provider, do so because sometimes there are other underlying issues there. It is important to get check ups down there (pap smears) especially after you hit a certain age. But boric suppositories are super helpful for recurrent BV or Yeast Infections! Regardless please do your research (with medically backed up evidence), drink TONS of water, and don’t try to put so many different products down there or your vagina will react…I know all bodies are different but try to seek medical advice when possible before you start trying so many new products for health concerns ♥️ I speak from experience!

I found something. that johnson baby head to toe wash. to wash your vayjayjay and buttcrack. it's been just few weeks. changed my life fr. a bit tmi, i have bad bad stomach problems and gas problems. all sorts of acid refuxes, farting, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation happen to me. so you can easily guess my butt stinked bad. my tip is to don't use soaps. it'll just make the stink go away fast and return faster. baby wash is perfect. no smell ever since I've used it. like literally NO ODOUR even after a whole long ass sweaty day. I've had girl friends who stink warm down there. but I don't have enough courage to tell them to their face. in Internet I feel anonymous and felt like sharing this extremely personal stuff that you'll probably get shamed by aunties for even thinking about speaking about it. I love how chloe creates such comfortable environment to talk about supposedly "embarrassing" but very important topic that many girls aren't fortunate to know about.

Great tips! I always love to see what new products Chloe is using for hygiene. As a mom who raised a daughter, I will add to watch the ph balance of the washes and soaps used in the genital area. The ph level of a woman’s vaginal area is about 3.5-4.5 (about 5.5 for menopausal/post-menopausal women), so even baby wash and the Dove sensitive soap bar may not help to balance the ph. Those have ph levels of about a 7 which is neutral (as is water), and it won’t hurt, but it doesn’t necessarily help either. Ph strips or a ph reader can help find the perfect range for feminine hygiene products (between 3.5-4.5) for you which can in turn can help long term with odor and irritation.

Chloe is very knowledgeable in this video which I definitely appreciate. Some females use this during periods but I will say if you're using it in between please be aware that it may cause you to bleed a tiny bit. Not in a bad way. It's normal(although not every female will experience it) just like how all the liquid comes out (the watery discharge type stuff). So don't be alarmed. Another side effect is slight cramping. Also for any people who do engage in intercourse with their partner be aware to wait 12/14 hours to do anything with said partner because it may irritate and definitely interfere.
I have liked everything I’ve tried that you’ve recommended BUT that nutra blast feminine wash ain’t it! Maybe it’s just not for me but it made me have a scent that I did not have prior to using it so I’m done with it. Now!.. that baby dove body wash with the baby cloth for down there is the key! Also, if you are struggling with recurrent BV or yeasties and you are doing everything right, please do yourself a favor and get a Micro Gen DX test, it will detect bacteria regular paps cannot detect and that could be the root cause for your infections. Ask your doctor!
I have used the nutrablast suppositories for a couple of years. I told my daughter about them. Very good stuff. I use b4 going to bed also wearing a pantiliner.

Hey 🖐🏼 have to say being half Ghanaian, don't know if other Ghanaian girls/ladies do it but I always wash 'the hole' inside with my finger 😊. It can have build up in there so I will never not clean the inside! I used to use fragrant shower gels and had no problem but then I found you who put me onto baby Dove which have no fragrances. I wouldn't spread this info around, can be very harmful! The vagina (inner part) is self cleaning, and you should never be putting any kind of soap up there or even water. that can easily knock off your ph balance
The leakage u are taking about maybe the natural waste ur lady bit produce. Without moisture u will become dry. And that not good. The vagina self cleans hence not washing in tge hole.

I’m 28 years old and I watch Chloe all the time especially with her hygiene products. I went to Amazon to look at the different products, and the suppositories amongst other products have yet to be evaluated by the FDA. And I understand that she loves the products and I’d like to try them. But I wish they were fda approved prior to wanting to get them. So it’s a risk to take without really knowing much about them. I know Chloe tells us about them but fda hasn’t yet. And the fda has a lot to do with what we buy nowadays.
The FDA also allows us to eat literal poison!! The FDA has approved numerous foods that are banned in many other countries due to man made chemicals and real research showing the chemicals feeding cancerous cells!! I’m not calling you out at all, I would just do some research about the chemicals the FDA has approved…. It might change your view on the FDA!

Baking soda baths and fragrance free gentle soap for washing is all you need. If you get 3 different washes look at the ingredients its probably all the same dam thing if you want to do that live ur life its ur business. Vitamins help but they are only as good as ur diet. Chloe is very knowledgeable in this video which I definitely appreciate. Some females use this during periods but I will say if you're using it in between please be aware that it may cause you to bleed a tiny bit. Not in a bad way. It's normal(although not every female will experience it) just like how all the liquid comes out (the watery discharge type stuff). So don't be alarmed. Another side effect is slight cramping. Also for any people who do engage in intercourse with their partner be aware to wait 12/14 hours to do anything with said partner because it may irritate and definitely interfere.

It can have build up in there so I will never not clean the inside! I used to use fragrant shower gels and had no problem but then I found you who put me onto baby Dove which have no fragrances. The leakage u are taking about maybe the natural waste ur lady bit produce. Without moisture u will become dry. And that not good. The vagina self cleans hence not washing in tge hole.

I’m 28 years old and I watch Chloe all the time especially with her hygiene products. I went to Amazon to look at the different products, and the suppositories amongst other products have yet to be evaluated by the FDA. And I understand that she loves the products and I’d like to try them. But I wish they were fda approved prior to wanting to get them. So it’s a risk to take without really knowing much about them. I know Chloe tells us about them but fda hasn’t yet. And the fda has a lot to do with what we buy nowadays.
The FDA also allows us to eat literal poison!! The FDA has approved numerous foods that are banned in many other countries due to man made chemicals and real research showing the chemicals feeding cancerous cells!! I’m not calling you out at all, I would just do some research about the chemicals the FDA has approved…. It might change your view on the FDA!

If you get 3 different washes look at the ingredients its probably all the same dam thing if you want to do that live ur life its ur business. Vitamins help but they are only as good as ur diet.
