I started a scripture wall!!! Well, i don't have wall space so I'm using my closet door but its still in progress. I bought colored post-its and labeled them for when I'm anxious, alone, or afraid and I'm in love with how its coming together.
I watched ONE of your videos and the next day had a BRAND NEW shower routine. I was so down and depressed when my mom died my hygiene took a hit. And I was working my way back to myself but you gave so many good tips and pointers my showers are fun again and not so dreadful full of thought. Ugh I forgot how much I LOVED having a routine. Im sorry, not sorry but the whole you have to love yourself before you can love others, and/or love God is bogus! God loved me and you even before we were born my parents loved me when i was born, and the list goes on. I never knew what love was until I met my husband, and I never understood what love meant until I gave my life to God. God and people can definitely love you even if you dont. I highly recommend honey for your acne. I know this sounds unrelated but I use honey for the eczema for my face and I can't get enough. You can either wash with honey or use it as a mask. It's antibacterial and extremely moisturizing but won't leave you feeling greasy. Give it about a week because your skin will start off detoxing itself so it may trick you in a way but I promise you'll love it. Btw I love you and you keep me heavily into my faith. don’t be scared of accutane !! i was scared also & put it off for almost 5 years but it was THE BEST decision i ever made for myself. i always struggled when it would clear up & come back even worse than it was before so i finally went for it & i couldn’t be happier. the worse side effect i had was the initial purge & now i rely on aquaphor for my lips heavily even years later being off of it. it may make your face a lil red but within the first year it WILL fade !! go for it girl & never look back or think twice about it ✨

I've been watching your videos lately and you are such a blessing 🙌 💜 I have noticed several times you have brought up that you've been struggling with acne. I know what that's like as I struggled with it and have went through the same struggles you are facing. The Lord keeps placing it in my spirit to reach out to you and share with you what he has taught me. 1. Drink lots of water... make water 95% of what you drink. (Redbulls, juices, pop ect... are soo soo bad for the body) 2. What you put on your body & in your body matters 100%. (If you eat lots of sugary food and unhealthy meals your skin will be a reflection of that) 3. Try to keep sugar intake to a minimum and avoid it if you can. Eat a healthy wholesome diet. 4. (I know this one will be a hard one for you but this is the one I hear the Lord telling me to share with you the most. ) Quit using so many scents, and perfumes on your skin and body. They have so many chemicals, can be damaging as well as highly irritating to the skin. your skin needs to be able to breath. 5. Fast and ask God what it is causing your acne and he will show you so you can remove it from your life. 6. Also using to many products and always changing products will make acne worse. I know that you said you need to use more on your face but I promise you that is not true less is always more. I pray that you see this message and it blesses you. 🤍🙏 Please bless us with some Bible study content/routines :) I know there are tons of us who'd really love that.
I also dont have the gift of remembering alot of verses and this book helped me also realize this.. doesn't mean we need to beat up ourselves .. god loves us still and we arent less christian...

I have noticed several times you have brought up that you've been struggling with acne. I know what that's like as I struggled with it and have went through the same struggles you are facing. The Lord keeps placing it in my spirit to reach out to you and share with you what he has taught me.
1. Drink lots of water... make water 95% of what you drink. (Redbulls, juices, pop ect... are soo soo bad for the body)
2. What you put on your body & in your body matters 100%. (If you eat lots of sugary food and unhealthy meals your skin will be a reflection of that)
3. Try to keep sugar intake to a minimum and avoid it if you can. Eat a healthy wholesome diet.
4. (I know this one will be a hard one for you but this is the one I hear the Lord telling me to share with you the most. ) Quit using so many scents, and perfumes on your skin and body. They have so many chemicals, can be damaging as well as highly irritating to the skin. your skin needs to be able to breath.
5. Fast and ask God what it is causing your acne and he will show you so you can remove it from your life.
6. Also using to many products and always changing products will make acne worse. I know that you said you need to use more on your face but I promise you that is not true less is always more.
