Performing Cisco IP Phone enterprise firmware upgrade via TFTP server

This is a self help video that shows you how to perform Cisco IP phone firmware (old enterprise firmware to new enterprise firmware) upgrade using a local TFTP server running on a PC.
1.) Please note you need to have proper CCO access to download the IP phone firmware from the Cisco website.
2.) The XMLDefault.cnf.xml file was sourced from CUCM 12.5.x and was updated as show in the video to allow the IP phone to perform the firmware upgrade from older enterprise firmware to new enterprise firmware via a TFTP server run on a PC.
