Love our m/i home so much that we want them to be our builder again when we make the move from Cincy to Fla. is that the Mira Lago or the Sonoma and what’s the base $. They’re not showing it on the website yet. Great vid just glad that we already knew they were m/i homes…

Hey! This is going to be D.R. Horton for the inventory style homes snd M/I Homes for the semi custom. CDD rates are going to be based on lot size, ranging from 1600-1800/year. HOA was $40/month.
