my daughter was born January 30, 1992 and I remember telling my oldest sister, because I was about 7/8 months pregnant with my first daughter, and I was talking to my sister on the phone, and this was when "Forever My Lady" was being played on the radio, and I remember telling my sister that '"I want to name my unborn daughter Jodeci!" My oldest sister supported this decision and I never regretted making that decision. My daughter was born beautiful and healthy and I am still happy to this day, that I stayed firm on giving her that name. Thank y'all so much for giving us beautifully melodic music.

I used Dru Hill as a reference point but she still didn't get it (no idea who they were either) til I mentioned New Edition. Jodeci needs a movie or series too. Nobody did it like K-Ci, JoJo, Mr. Dalvin and Devante!
Speaking of movies I'm glad you said something about that.
