Thanks for the video. The Quick Load Map doesn't just load a few seconds faster, if you travel a long distance it takes a while for the game to spawn in stops and even longer to spawn pokemon. It treats you as if you are in a vehicle traveling too fast to play the game and refuses to spawn things. If you turn Quick Load Map on, the game skips that delay and instantly loads everything in your new location regardless of how far you teleported.
I signed up to premium today and it's not much better, but you do get access to a bit more. For me, I refuse to teleport just because Niantic aren't stupid when it comes to banning people who abuse third party apps such as PGSharp

Keep up with the regular updates and add to your favorite locations the areas suggested from this channel as well. And then export a save file so when you update the app, you can quickly re-add your fave locations back with the import button in the settings. And lastly keep the option for your cool down meter on so you can easily know when your off cool down. Edit: and no I've never experienced any ban thus far.

Then you'll wanna make sure you have that export save done in the settings of the app before starting the update download so you can delete the old app version and then install the update once it's finished downloading from the website. I think I've had it advise me only once of an update being available mid game. But it's not really disruptive to what you're doing in game lol and no, I didn't experience any ban from any of those experiences either 🙂

You're soft banned, it will go away it probably already did. That means you didn't wait for cool down, if you teleport far make sure to wait atleast 2 hours. If you go say from Texas to Los Angeles and catch a pokemon in LA before it's been two hours you'll be soft ban.

I am not able catch Pokemon. All 9f them are escaping the the ball and fleeing away. I can see Pokemon spawning all around but can't catch them. i can fight rocket grunt but can't catch the Pokemon. Essentially an amount of time you need to wait in order to do “it” again. Like waiting for your food to cool down before you eat it. Hence cool-down. Like waiting for your meltan box then once it’s done it goes on cool down for (X) amount of days

It's not the same for everyone.. the pokemon only flee when u teleport and try to catch pokemon without waiting for cooldown. Turn on cooldown timer in settings and only catch pokemon when cooldown timer is done

Turn on cooldown timer so u know how long u need to wait, then when u teleport to a pokemon it will tell u how long u need to wait. After the cooldown has ended then u can catch

Theres not any limit to catching pokemon just try not to teleport to other place for 2 hours if you have spinned pokestop or caught a pokemon in the place that is far away from where you wanna go

When you are in cooldown means that you CAN'T play for 2 hours after being teleported, watch a movie, sleep or go touch some grass lol

The VGP is a GoPlus but Virtual so it follows the same rules try to go to a area with few mons and see if it Starts spinning

because the pool is so huge and events are constantly happening to dilute the pool further
