The video includes a lot of discussion about how the lesser reputation of Georgia Tech compared with Carnegie Mellon is not a major issue. I would go a bit further: I do not know which has the better overall reputation. If CMU is ahead, it's not by much. GT is very highly respected in any tech field. The discussion also referred to CMU being "bigger." Georgia Tech is the larger of the two in enrollment, and they each have about a $3 billion endowment.
Nice video....chiatanya explained it well...but i was keen in knowing his background before joining Georgia tech. Ie his gre tofel scores, his cgpa and his work experience. Etc
Hey Nitin. I’m really thankful that you considered my request and immediately made a video on the much needed topic - Infosec & Cybersecurity MS programs in US. I have few follow up questions. How may I write it to you ? Also, is there a way I can reach out to Chetanya for the specific domain requirement questions? Thank you. 🙏
@@WtfAnupam Is it really?? As far as I checked, GRE was needed for Policy track only. For ECE and Infosec it could be an added plus, but not required, at least for GaTech. Please shoot with the sources if I might have been wrong.
I would like to know admission requirement for this course i have completed bcom in my undergrad and also did master of computer application in pg degree
Hi! For a guy who has done UG in ECE & has work experience in AppSec, are there any programming languages which we need to learn before applying for Masters in Cybersecurity.
Does the GPA in MIS program matter when looking for internships and jobs ? Or one just needs to graduate with whatever decent or average score they get ? On what grounds does hiring managers short list resumes before interviewing ?
Iam from non tech of cybersecurity and i completed ceh and penetration testing courses in india and i have done one internship too, is it enough skills to get into Georgia?. If No then what are the skills i should develop before i pursue ms in cyber security of infosec course? Please answer this and please give me a tip regarding skills i have to be good in it for a successful cyber security engineering. Thank you
