    Thanks for posting. I really appreciate the effort you made. I liked your explanation and comments. The music was distracting and not necessary.

    When you're setting the valve gaps off the engine, is the timing sprocket also at TDC?

    Hello, can you help how o adjust timing chain tensioner,... thanks0

    • @BikerBrad72
      @BikerBrad72  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi the timing chain adjuster is automatic spring loaded. Use a flat head screwdriver, twist the entire way in until it lock. Bolt the tensioner on and then put the screwdriver back in and gently wiggle and it will come loose and automatically tighten for you :)

    Hi mate I was just taking my 154FMI apart and now have the issue I can’t get the rocker arm out. Do you know how to do it or do I need to buy a whole new head to get the valves out?

    • @BikerBrad72
      @BikerBrad72  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi mate, behind the cam gear theres a retainer bolt that holds the camshaft in place, you need to remove the cam to be able to remove the rocker arms usually :)

      @@BikerBrad72 I just need to get the tappets out so I can change the valves as they are in the way of me trying to compress the springs. Is there any chance you can show me how to remove the tappets as I don’t think it’s possible on a 154 FMI

    Hey dude .. my valve nut came loose and has come off and must of dropped into my engine and has lodged itself in there ... what are the chances that it will stay down there .bikes fine replaced not . But worried

    • @BikerBrad72
      @BikerBrad72  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly mate it should be okay. As long as the nut stays at the very bottom then you have no worries as the oil filter cannot pick it up. But if it was floating about then theres a chance that it could do into the gearbox etc if it’s a geared bike
