I work remotely, so I understand this isn't an option for everyone, but I like working out over lunch. It's a great way to break up a work day where you're focusing intensely for several hours. It's nice to take a break, run out in the sunshine, reconnect with the outdoors for a second, and then finish the work day strong.

Then I'm gonna try new hairstyles! New clothes cause I'm gonna look better I'm so much better 😭 I'm only 20 proud of myself Learning singing, not a native speaker so learning English improving fluency Learning digital marketing I'm doing good! Even tried to ask someone out, was rejected but it's my growth I speak to a girl I'm framing and picturing myself as good as him at 26 and I'll be there! Living In LA too ❤️
I love watching Alex Costa videos because his videos are amazing and he gives good tips and motivation for me to work on myself and many other things. My life is little bit harder than normal healthy persons life because i have narcolepsy. When i was 12 or 13 years old i was diagnosed with it. It made my life harder a little bit. Im trying to be strong and keep going but its not easy.

I broke up with my girlfriend today, and I want to thank you! We were together for 4 years in perfect relationship but you opened my eyes. Today she cooked breakfast and wanted to give me massage. During that I asked her if she would be alright if I started a business. She said she just want us to be happy so I broke up with her. As you said you can't be around people who drag you down.
