I've been renting for the past 25 years. No more! I'm receiving a beautiful, peaceful home of my own. I pray this for myself and the other viewers in the name of Jesus. I believe we have received our debt-free homes.

I'm coming back to testify to the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ. Last year in 2021, I listened to this message faithfully while I was believing in God for a new house / new home. I was living in my uncle's basement, and I was at his house for a couple of years, but I know God is faithful. I studied and meditated in God's word every day concerning a new house. Well needless to say, I bought my newly renovated home (everything brand new) AND I bought it fully furnished too! Praise God Almighty!

I decree and declare this word of the Lord for a new home with no debt and credit score will not be a factor. Standing on proverbs 24:4, Matt:21-21,Matt 17:20 & deut28:11-13 . A 3 bedroom home with a basement and backyard on at least an acre with a man man cave for my husband, hardwood floors and open concept.. I pray in Jesus name and sealed in the blood of Jesus. I have been so discouraged after being approved, looking for a home and not having enough money for the down payment. I was looking according to my income. But I have stopped looking for the last few weeks based on my finances and the realtor I'm working with. But after watching this message, I feel revived to strike out on faith and apply for a new home, one I can afford. Duet 28 says I can have it!! I believe it!! Lord I ask you to move NAYSAYERS out of my way and those who try to have me agree on what they want me to have...which in most cases is not good as what they have. Large back yard, and a very nice gated Community is ok, not to quiet, but with awesome christian neighbors or if not Christian, beautiful people's person. God has always blessed with Awesome neighbour's. Never had a disagreement, and when either of us moving, we weep, our children weep, we are all be a mess. I have a house that that though it does need some attention & I do have a mortgage. Before I began listening to you I have named it my piece of heaven on earth & believe for it to be restored & truly made into my piece of heaven on earth. I'm just watching this! Believing God for a beautiful new house, beautifully furnished with a big beautiful yard, Hottub and space for guests to stay over.

I live high above with Jesus. Lord Is Good His Mercy endures forever
As we were looking for many houses to buy in a posh locality, at that time, God didn't open the doors for us to buy but then in Nov 2017, God's plan was different for us. HE showed us a house wch was very near to the school where my children are studying. So I started praying about it. I asked God if that house was HIS will to buy for us. Then we applied for a house loan wch got approved immediately. It looked like there was a sign of God's willingness in it. So we proceeded further to do the documentation by evaluating the house and our lawyer did a bankruptcy search on the vendor. Everything was clear. So in front of the lawyer we paid the 10% down payment amount and signed the S&P. To our surprise, after few months, the house owner got a letter from the court that he is a bankrupt and so they cannot allow this sale to go through. Now that was scary. And it shook us badly. We lost all our hope. My husbamd came to a conclusion that we are duped. The money is gone and also the house. It's been more than a year ever since we paid the 10% deposit & signed the Sales and Purchase (S&P). We neither got the house key nor our money back. We r stuck. I think the house owner already knew that he'll be declared bankrupt soon and so he quickly pushed the house to us.
When we asked our money back, he says he'll be able to return our money only when he gets another buyer as he doesn't have money.
We've been waiting since Nov 2017 either for the house or the money, whichever is the will of God.
Can someone pray for a miracle as we appealed the court to allow this sale to go through and stop auctioning the house to someone else?
@@ChadGonzalesMinistries Thank you so much for coming into agreement with us. After ur prayer, we heard that there's a meeting in the court this 20th of Feb with the creditors of the house owner. They are gonna discuss if this House No. 54 has to go for an auction or allow the owner to sell his property to us and distribute the amount among the creditors. I believe as promised in the Bible Mathew 11:10 that HE wl send a messenger ahead of us to convince the creditors and lawyers on our behalf to allow this sale to go through so that the owner can also be releived from his debts and make this sale deed a successful one. The house owner actually sold his property before even they could upload the bankruptcy status on the website where our lawyers did a bankruptcy search before allowIng us to pay the amount to the owner so it is not the fault of our lawyers nor the house owner. If the insolvency allows it to go for an auction, its definitely gonna be below the market value. And we agreed to pay more than the market value. I don't know why is the Malaysian govt. delaying in giving us the approval. I hope they accept our appeal made to the court in the month of Jan. I pray that nothing hinders us from entering the house. As in John 15: 5 Apart from HIM we can do nothing now but as per Rev 3:7 "What HE opens no-one can shut not even the insolvency officers nor the bankers. I'm on my knees everyday asking for God to favour us so that we can be a witness and give testimony in the Church one day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen, Amen, Amen

We had 2 shocking news during the pandemic lockdown.
1. The house owner of our rented house asked us to vacate the house as she had already received a notice to pay her debts if not she will be declared bankrupt and her property will be held by the insolvency. So she quickly panicked and sold the house to somebody without even giving us an advance notice to vacate.
2. The vendor sent a msg that he doesn't want us to keep waiting for the house anymore and so he wants to return the 10% down payment money that he took from us but only after we send a legal notice of termination. So we've decided to send a notice with no choice left.
*The current status is :*
We are still waiting for the money from Nov 2017 to July - 2020. I think that house was not God's will. May be HE has a better one for us.
What surprises me is, "why didn't God stop us from giving the money before we gave it to the vendor?"
Nevermind, I'll still trust HIM that HE may shelter us in a peaceful dwelling place, secured home and an undisturbed place of rest like Isaiah 32:18.
