So basically what Tom Ford is saying is that you should buy his fragrance and use plenty of it so that you can buy even more. Line up his pockets.
Eua De Parfumerie as he mentioned is designed and created for that exact purpose as it varies in strength from other colognes. I spray some perfums around my bedroom and on my bedding. Same as Tom Ford says and bottles last me years still.
hash dollars some of us fragrances smell so intense that even one spray smells sickening much less layers of it.
Tainted Life yes, real parfum , eau de toilette , cologne etc are all made with natural ingredients and are varying strength. Some are lighter and some Stronger. Look up the differences and pick what suits you

@@vim1471 I would go for Noir Extreme in the signature line. It's a gorgeous masculine gourmand scent, I find perfect for mild/slightly cooler evenings. Great also for a date scent as it's not overpowering.

Basically what he is trying to say is: buy all of the fragrances I sell and use each as much as you can, multiple times a day, even when you go to sleep all alone. That way you can buy more once you run out.

You are right, this is utterly ridiculous.
I mean, you can wear as much fragrance as many times you'd like and it'd still take a long time to run out if you have a nice rotation for fragrances. If you wear the same thing over and over, it'll be over really fast indeed.

Duke Sonic agreed. I’ve had 2 of his private collection and all have not been kind to my wallet. Mandarino and Neroli just doesn’t perform well. For me. 1 hour in it’s either subtle or quite gone on me and I’m liberal with application. His Classic and black orchid performs amazing.
Yeah, Tom Ford's fresh fragrance does smell good but they just don't last.
You are not paying what you are expecting to get.
But other of his fragrance does last long and their sillage is great, compared with his Eau Fresh fragrances.
I agree with you. I have the Oud Wood Eau de Parfum and i need to spray 4-5 times to make it last in order to ''smell'' it at the end of the day.
I‘m a simple man. When I see a Tom Ford video I just have to like it.

A 250ml flask can last you for over one year even when you spray 4 times a day.
Junior AL lasts even longer if you have a good rotation of scents also.
@afr malatesta You think he still worries about money? especially $2 dollar squirts of cologne not being spent? It's his personal routine/methods for when he's applying cologne. He's said this like 5,0000x times in several interviews. This whole video is what about his personal fragrance routine.

At night i do not spray perfume but i do spray body mist (cause it’s cheaper) but i agree: it’s relaxing and i love to smell good. Also i also do use a lot during the day cause i need to be able to smell myself

But it also means why should you care what others think if you love the fragrance. Most people wear fragrance for compliments while most others wear fragrance for themselves because they love smelling good. I get why others would think it isn't because it can induce headaches or just can't focus because how bad it would smell to them. Although I believe that would only apply to people you're spending time with. Other then that, to complete strangers around me, I don't give a rats ass if they don't like what I wear

This is why Tom Ford is one of my favorite houses. I love the massive wardrobe of all the Tom Ford scents. Kind of shocked he willingly crossed out fucking on the bottle and subtlely threw the end bit in there. And yes, his voice could easily narrate any movie. Tom and Morgan Freeman should do a narrative collaboration. Nice video Mr. porter!
Edit: I just realized, they are keeping the fragrances in the bathroom!! *cries in fragrance* also...when they cut to the two blue bottles...they are both Neroli Portofino Acqua...in different sizes...what? It would of been better to showcase NPF (beautiful bottle!) and keep the Acqua flanker.

Tom Ford fragrances are truly are masterpieces. I had to laugh when he talked about his method of applying a lot of fragrances, using multiple ones each day even before going to bed, that is exactly as I do it as well, :D so we can be classified over-users. :)

Try to overspray Nasomatto Black Afgano or Mancera Red Tobacco: you will be charged with aggravated olfactory assault. Hell, just five sprays of Grey Vetiver will annoy even the most confident white shirts on a Monday meeting at your office. Fragrance should be discovered, not announced.

I've just got into fragrances but I use between 3 to 5 sprays depending on the strength. If its very weak then 7

I cannot believe how he got rid of his Texas accent. His voice so mesmerising! Love his perfumes, sadly they are quite expensive. I often wear TF Noir extreme.
Yes! None of that "spray - delay - and walk away" nonsense. I first heard that on Queer Eye, and thought it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. You're just wasting cologne, but your house will smell great. I wear a lot as well, and no one has ever said I had on too much. Also, put a little on before bed; very calming for me. I notice they blocked out the first word of the Fabulous ;o) LOL! Now if I could only afford Tom Ford cologne. It's not so much that I can't, but I have over 30 already, and just can't justify any more right now. I did recently try the Neroli Portofino, and just about couldn't resist. Maybe next year...

I have this EXACT same routine, but it's varieties of axe body sprays. On special occasions, I spray on a little Phoenix from their 2000 collection.
