    unfortunately all 4 options at 16 minutes do not show on the "info" tab, there is always 1 thing missing. No idea why.

    Regarding the Patch Message Pop-up - Is there a way to disable the countdown so the message stays up until the user clicks OK? We are wanting our user to acknowledge it - if they aren't at their desk it will disappear after 90 seconds and they won't see it. Either that or only pop-up the message if they aren't idle? Thanks - awesome video BTW.

    definitely more in depth than the related cw university course 101 and 201 however do someone know of other usefull video about this matter ?
