The airport staff were extremely nice and generous. They gave us ikea blankets ‘cos we were cold and told us we could take them with us free of charge. The people at the customs and baggage claim were the most pleasant and polite I’ve ever seen anywhere.

I maybe don't know in detail but do any of these free schools require uniforms if this kind? I was told students in Russia attend classes in normal polite clothes. But, for example, I know that there are special private schools in Moscow which attend the kids of the very rich. I saw a reportage of them and boys and girls there are required to wear black suits and white shirts, and they are taught there very early on about economy and the politics (early teen years like 11,12,13 etc). Something like that. So I am skeptical about this uniform from the video. But if we recall something that KPOP idols wear, this uniform is more close to that. And is this particular city that big and important to have high-end private / international schools that require uniforms? I mean I don't know, but it didn't sound to me like that. Of course, maybe I'm wrong.
