Hi Michelle, I was thinking. Is it possible to live in Victory if I am 56 with my wife and 2 children who are fast approaching high-school age? Is there a way to apply for something like this since I plan to retire there anyway?
I wish that was the case, I have lots of buyers in your same situation. Unfortunately the Victory CC&R's state "No person under 19 years of age shall stay overnight in any Dwelling Unit for more than 90 days cumulatively in any calendar year." This is found in Section 4.4 Age Qualification. Feel free to call, text or email me with any further questions.
@WestPhoenixLife Can you blame a guy for trying? That house is amazing, and the view is something that I would never grow tired of. Don't forget to keep me in mind if someone needs a quick fix to get something looking nice for pictures or a showing. I can make that happen.
You’re paying for the location and views! Basically an $800,000 new home (close in 30 days cash) where you have to pay for the landscaping, gutters, window treatments, water softener, refrigerator and you don’t even get to pick the finishes! This house will approach $1 million after you’re done. Yikes!
