it says 8va at the top of the specific part, people use 8va clefs and markings so they don't have to write music thats 4 ledger lines above the staff in a band arrangement because high notes may mess with the other parts

Yeah you can't call it a "full transcription" with just brass. It's a "full brass transcription" but not a "full" transcription
